What we actually do

  1. Ads run to homeowners in your service area who are planning bathroom or kitchen work, inside your own ad account. What the campaign learns about your market is yours, permanently.
  2. Every inquiry gets a text and an email from your company within moments, whether you're up a ladder or at dinner.
  3. Before anyone touches your calendar, they answer the questions your office would ask: do they own the home, what's the project, what budget, what timeline, what zip.
  4. Homeowners who answer everything book straight into your calendar. The ones who stall get a phone call from us the same day. From us, not from you.
  5. Reminders run by text and email until the appointment happens.
  6. Once a week you get your numbers on one page: spent, inquiries, booked, happened, canceled.

The definition, in writing

A qualified estimate means all of this, and it's in the agreement, not the small print: the homeowner owns the property, it's inside your service area, they stated the project type, a budget band, and a timeline, and the appointment actually took place with you there. Miss any part, and that one's free.

Every number on the table

$200 per qualified estimate that happens

$1,500 one-time build · no monthly fee for the first 90 days · $3,000/mo from day 91, agreed on day one

  • $1,500 setup, once. The build: ads, response system, qualification, calendar, reminders. Live within 7 days of signing.
  • $200 per qualified estimate that happens, for the first 90 days. No monthly fee in that window.
  • From day 91: $3,000/month flat, agreed and signed on day one. The per-estimate fee ends.
  • The floor: 10 qualified estimates by day 90, or you stop paying and we work free until you have them.
  • Ad spend is yours, paid to Meta from your own account. $50/day minimum.
  • One remodeler per market. The day you sign, your area closes behind you.

Deliberately not for everyone

Delivering this properly means specializing, so we filter hard.

  • If you can't start at least two more projects a month, don't book.
  • If you won't put at least $50 a day of ad spend through your own account, don't book.
  • If you can't commit to turning up to the estimates we book, we're not for you either.
  • And if your market's already taken, we'll tell you inside the first five minutes and that'll be the end of it.

Questions we get

Where do the leads come from?

Paid ads to homeowners in your service area, run from your own ad account, so everything the campaign learns stays yours if we ever part ways. The ads are the least interesting part. The reason this works is what happens in the ninety seconds after someone inquires.

Do you call the leads or is it all automated?

Both, in that order. The system answers within moments, faster than any call center picks up. Most homeowners book themselves right there. The ones who stall get a call from us the same day, and follow-ups run until they book or say no.

What's the $1,500 actually for?

The build: your response system, qualification flow, calendar integration, reminders, and the ad campaigns, live within 7 days of getting your assets. It roughly covers our costs of running your account for the first 90 days. The profit is in the estimates, which means we only do well when your calendar fills.

Am I locked in?

The agreement covers the first 90 days, and the monthly rate after it is agreed and signed on day one, so there's no renegotiation ambush. If we can't fill your calendar, the floor kicks in and billing stops.

Why does ad spend go through my card?

It's cheaper for you, with no markup hiding in it, and the ad account with all its data belongs to you permanently. No hostage situation if we ever part ways.

Check your market, then book the call.

Thirty minutes. We go through your service area, your capacity, and your math. If it fits, your system can be live within 7 days. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
