This site describes our appointment booking service for bathroom and kitchen remodeling companies and lets you apply for a call. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds either of us. If we work together, the engagement is governed by the Order Summary and Service Terms expressly accepted by the client, or a separate agreement signed by both parties. Merely visiting this website or applying for a call does not start a paid engagement.
The pricing and guarantee terms shown on this site are the terms we currently offer new clients, stated accurately as of the date above. They only take effect for you when included in the service agreement you expressly accept.
The calculator on this site does arithmetic on numbers you type in. It invents nothing, and its output is not a prediction, a promise of results, or financial advice. What remodeling work is worth to your business is your judgment, not ours.
We publish a service guarantee for clients, and it means what it says, in the service agreement you expressly accept. For visitors, this website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error free or uninterrupted.
When you submit the application form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the company you name. How we handle your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.
The text, logo, graphics, and video on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Do not misuse this site: no scraping, no submitting false applications, no attempting to breach its security.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable to site visitors for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability between us and clients is dealt with in the services agreement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about this website.
