Remodel Pipeline is a trading name of HEBDOMON LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17369992, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE ("we", "us"). We provide appointment booking and advertising services to bathroom and kitchen remodeling companies in the United States. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
When you submit our application form, we collect your name, company name, email address, mobile number, and service area. If you book a call, we collect your chosen time and anything you tell us on or before the call.
We also collect standard usage data through cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us. This includes the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure our advertising.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, check whether your market is available, run the call you booked, deliver our services if you become a client, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, including booking confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that are part of a service you have asked for, such as a booking confirmation you requested.
We use service providers to run this business: our platform provider (LeadConnector/HighLevel, which hosts this site, our forms, calendars, and messaging), Google Workspace for email, Stripe for payments if you become a client, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each processes data on our instructions and under its own security obligations. We do not share your information with other advertisers, and we never give one remodeler another remodeler's data.
No mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Inquiry data is kept while your inquiry is live and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request promptly. We are based in the UK, so UK data protection law applies to our handling of your data; if you are a US resident with rights under your state's privacy law, we will honor requests to access or delete your data regardless of whether the law technically covers a business of our size.
